Can a cop sue someone they arrest?

cause i walked down to wallgreens right now, and a cop was hastling some gay guy in the parking lot... it was quite the scene.

anyway, i was thinking, when that cop is frisking someone, and say they get all flamboyant and start s "sexualy harrasing" the cop feeling them um... can they do anything about it or do they just gotta take it...

or say someone hits a cop, can the cop sue him for that?

probably, but my guess is that they'd just beat the shit out of/taze/shoot them instead.

i was frisked by a hot female cop when my house got raded... they woke me up and i was all sleepy eyed, steped on the front porach into the brightest day of my life, and my hands were all held behind my back and she totaly gave me the rub down, grabbed my johnsonj and everything... she made sure to give it a firm grab....

i've only been fondled(er, frisked) by fat, sweaty old bastards trying to find my drugs that they think i desperately shoved under my balls or something. i don't even think they can frisk you for drugs, and it's not like i could (or would for that matter) hide a gun/knife in my underwear. like i want to blow/cut my dick off..

but I know that a cop can get a restraining order against someone.

one of my friends was wacked out on Meth and got pretty nasty with 2 cops...
so they hit him with a stun gun twice.

arrested him...

he went to court and the judge gave the cops a restraining order against my friend.

now he is sitting in a mental hospital...until the State of Washington finds him fit to release.
he was given 10 years in Western State hospital.

ouchhhhh

Our glorious country allows us to sue anyone, for anything, at anytime, past present or future. So I'm gonna go with yes, they can sue.

that time, i think it was cause my uncle made a hasty getaway from the cops before they had a chance to even pull him over, and he ran inside my grandma's house, where we were all living at the time....
