Help me set a trap for my neighbor, the cop

I am having problems with a neighbor, she is a police officer. Put simply, she hasn't grown out of her hall-monitor role at high school. We have had a few spats, but it has gone to far. I don't know if she is a corrupt cop, but her type is definately the reason for war on Earth.

I just want her job. Can anyone give me some ideas on setting a trap? With a video cam, etc?

yeah get her to beat the shit out of you, provoke her into beating you down, and have it taped.... but you have to make it look like the taping was on accident or happened coincidentally so its more credible....

you could also load up her car with drugs, and call lin an anonymous tip...... not really recomended

Yup, plant some shit on her and make an anonymous tip saying that "this cop tried to sell me xxx, she looks like xxxx and her squad car number was xxxx" or whatever. Would be a horrible waste of drugs and probably wouldn't get her fired though, but wouldn't be good for her career thats for sure.

She had my gfs car towed for being too close to a corner. A ticketable offense, but we were forced to pay $100 to get it from the wrecker.

She told my friend he had no right to park in front of her house because renters do not pay property tax.

She called my landlord about noise (weve never had a party or even more than five friends over), but apparently forgot to actually call her coworkers.

Her husband threatened to kick my ass, as she stood right next to him.

My landlord said that she has snooped in previous tenants apartments.



Right now, the only thing I can think of is to put a whole bunch of lawn signs against police corruption like from Copwatch.

You gotta watch out tho with the taping thing.. even if she's bagging up pounds of weed say, in her bedroom, she has a reasonable expectation of privacy. If you capture any sound on the tape, it's a class D felony of criminal wiretapping unless she knows she's being recorded.

I agree with the people who said to be nice to her. Cops have a hard job and I doubt she really enjoys fucking with you when she gets some free time. You guys probably just got off on the wrong foot. If I were you I'd apologize for your role in any past conflicts, give her your phone number, and ask her to call if she has any problems in the future. You guys should be on good enough terms that she can just ask you to move your car instead of having it towed. Some people are just assholes but I bet a little courtesy would go a long way in resolving this. Anyway good luck.

I think you guys have this lady all wrong.

My landlord is an 85 year old stroke victim that served in WW2 and he blamed ALL world war on people like her.

I think I am going to call my aunt the lawyer tommorow and explain the conflict and a potential solution. Not retribution of course.
She isn't a lawyer in this state, but I'm sure she can give advice and her firm is a very well known firm.

This town is the most corrupt town in the entire Union. And it fucking stinks like rotten eggs 70% of the time.

As I spoke with the police officer, I watched his attitude change when he realized my conflict was with a fellow police officer. Such bullshit. I talked to a friend tonight, a local, man did he have some stories to tell. Let me tell you, Terre Haute has a very very low murder rate, but we sure as hell have a lot of missing people.

If I am nice to her and solve the conflict... hmmmm.... in her favor.
Then, when she least expects it, get her busted and fired because she broke some serious police bylaws...... I know I have only dealt with her on a few occasions, but I am certain she breaks the law on a daily basis.

That would be sweet.

But unless I moved I would still live next to her.

Drag her back to your place and chain her to your bed where you will keep her for several weeks, feeding her off of carrots exclusively. After a while her skin will turn an orange hue. Everything she sends out will make it's way back to her. It would be best to just do everything you can to stay out of her way and avoid her. It sounds like there is some seriously negative energy that she wants to share with you. You don't want any part of that. You don't necessarily need to go out of your way to kill her with kindness or anything, hell, if she don't deserve it then she don't desrve it. Just do everything you can to avoid her, pretend like she's not even there, when she trys to instigate conflict deal with it quickley and do whatever you can to end the confrontation soon and without leaving unresolved issues. Make her keep that vibe to herself or find somewhere else to direct it, don't let her spread it your way. If she is really so crooked she will eventually mess things up for herself without any of your help. It's best sometimes to let negative people create thier own problems. She may feel a sense of invincibility because of her job. This is for the most part a false sense, and if she is truley abuseing her power she will learn this in a hard way on her own, and you will have had to do nothing but watch her self destruct, which I imagine may be quite enjoyable for you.

And this way you are not wasteing any more of your own time and energy on her. She does not deserve your time and energy.

You are so right, all I need to do is catch her breaking the law. It really is that easy. I've been overcomplicating this issue.

But I dont need to clean house, my house is always clean.

But in all seriousness, I have previously feared invasion and violent repercussions from defending myself from her. I mean, here I live next to SOME FUCKING NUTCASE that IN FACT has a gun. And she has previously illegally invaded my rental unit.

Today I actually felt physically threatened. They (husband and wife) made non-verbal and verbal threats of violence at me and I will not let them get away without substantive due process.


Maybe people from the southern midwest will understand better. These folks are hippy killers people. You better not show up at their watering hole with long hair and you sure as hell better not talk to anyone in a dark alley after last call.

i think i have an idea about who this chick is, she became a cop to deal with other peoples drama, to make herself have some authroity, cause she was abused when she was younger... she loves the feeling of screwing people over and being able to say "well, i'm right in the situation, so HA"

i've heard on the discovery channel(or something), that if a complaint is made against an officer, an offical one, while thier on duty and through thier department and such, that even if its not true, or turns out to be in that persons favor, that they can be held from promotion for up to 10 years.

so if she pulls you over, and is a cunt, then you can go to her department and say "she was very rude... blah blah blah... " but the claim should be legit, cause they have cameras now...

in many states anything done in public (outside the house, on the lawn, sidewalk or whatever) is fair game for video or audio recording with or without the persons consent. have someone record them on video with audio of them threatning you but be sure your being civil. just ask questions about why they are harrasing you and let em get all pissed off cause your being nice...then show that to the police and a lawyer..sue the shit out of her...

i also like the other ideas..someone said "dose her" and someone else said "lsd on the door know"...those are great ideas :grin:

you could also do whatever it takes to become her new best friend...earn her trust...make it so she would eat food you bring over...give her minute amounts of weed daily till you are sure shed fail a piss test miserably...then...before you report her for smellin like weed dose the shit out of her with like 4g of shrooms...call her on the phone 1 hr later from a pay phone and talk like charlie browns mom...if you and the rest of the world are lucky shell suck on the barrell of her 9mil and squeeze slowly....god i fucking hate cops
