If you're banging jars of grain against the palm of your hand to break up and distribute myclia, stop for a moment and consider this..

Put a sandal or shoe on your hand and then bang away. It'll spare you from a possible lifetime of arthritic pain.

That is all..

Not to mention the risk of a nasty slit wrist....yes jars break....

Phone books work really well also. It only takes one jar shaped bruise on the palm of your hand to find a better method.
