So I've been wonder about if you get cuaght with shrooms what is considered intent to distribute and personal use? And is it possible to grow and have authorities think that it was for personal use cause it is.

Also if a cop asks if he can do something say no. dont make his job easy. Ans saying no is NEVER probable cause and also the most the can do is a weapons pat without a warrent!

couldnt really tell you, because i dont think any of us grow, we just exchange information, mostly bs stories and stuff. everything you read is for entertainment only. oh yeah, were you joking about how you spelled "misdemeanor"?

Don't know about your state, but in Florida it's a felony to get caught with any amount of psylo. The degree depends on how much (< 10 grams or over 10). Also, posession of "drug paraphenalia" can be a misdemeanor. Of course, the state statutes explicitly list duct tape as being "drug paraphenalia". Go figure.

AFAIK there are no states where even personal use possesion of psilocybin is a misdemeanor.
