Selling food "Not For Consumption, External Use Only"

I have a new Anarchist business model:

It's a store that sells grill cheese sandwiches as "Biodegradable non-food objects -- NOT FOR CONSUMPTION, EXTERNAL USE ONLY". That way you don't have to deal with all that government regulation.

I think it'd be a hoot seling people grill cheese sandwiches and then telling them that they can do whatever they want to with them, just "Try not to get any in your mouth.". lol

You'd think hippies would have already invented this technique. They're known for selling GCSs without a license at festivals, most stereotypically at Dead show camping areas.
