Quick sterilization question?

When using a pressure cooker to sterilize canning jars before innoculation is it still beneficial to oven sterilize substrate and boil the substrate water, or does pressure cooker sterilization cover all that?? Thanks in advance for the answers and advice.

pc will take care of it 15psi for 20 min after it starts making noise
