Jar Questions.....

ok when i put the jars in the PC, should i leave the lid loose, or should i trighten it, im using the ramsey foil seal method. I also have the Ball 1/2 pint Jars that use the 2 lid peices, the ring and the lid. would the jars crack in the PC?

They won't crack. Tight or loose, it doesn't matter. At least not with a pressure cooker.
