wait or go? a jar question (pic)

Hey all. I have 1 jar fully colonized for about 4 days now and 1 jar that has been mostly colonized for 3-4 days as well. there is one spot that has not shown growth in the last 3 days and i dont know if i should wait for it or not. Here it is. Let me know what you think. Thanks

I say go. If you feel paranoid, scrap the uncolonized shit out.
Or burn the out side of it with a hot piece of metal.
