Terrnece McKenna vs. Modern politicial power

Terrence often spoke of solutions to the worlds problems and was a fighter for the legalization of psychedelics etc. having given out many books, movies and casettes which opened people's minds...

but has any of his stuff been read, seen or heard by authority figures and people who this information would realy matter to, and if so what was their reaction?

Does anybody have information about this.

mckenna has a very annoying voice imo (if he's the one who says things on a shpongle cd, if not I've mixed him up with someone else)

Terrence wasn't viewed by "authority figures" to be a relevant source of information. They wrote off everything that the man said.

I like his nasal sounding voice. It puts me in a trance. It is very soothing and gets me wanting to hear more.

Terrence McKenna is entirely counter-counter.

People in "authority" do not listen to people who are "counter-culture" unless there is over 500,000 of them at one location.
