50/50 casing mix sterilazation: Pressure cooker!

Can I sterilize my verm:peat moss mixture in quart quart jars in my pressure cooker. Say for about 30 mins or so under 15 lbs? Or would that be detremintal the the solution?

my uncles wombat does his for 45 min to 1 hour. the jars work fine. He puts tin foil on it just like the substrate so you can put it somewhere to cool and keep it sterile. you should be fine!
