Nice work again Anno....wirklich schoen. I hope to one day have as much success as you....wow..I also think I need to buy one of those Antonius things from IKEA, seems to be perfect for this use.

anno ,srry this is off topic.. i remember seeing a post of yours a while back in which you mentioned a tek with rye grass seed / horse dung . i belive it was 90%rye seed 10%horse dung . I was hoping to try this , what kind of water ratio did you use ??

Anno - those mushrooms are only like 4 feet tall.
You need to hone your skills so you can get 3 tightly packed trays of 6 feet tall mushrooms before you can consider yourself a master cultivator.

Would you mind explaining the casing material a little bit. Sounds like you'd get the best of all the worlds with the different materials put into one. What is the approximate mixture?
