Slow mycellium growth, but no contams.
Raised temp to 82..
5/10 jars are 30% colonised with healty mycellium!!
3 others have little growth starting.

I know how boring grow logs without pics are so I included one.
These babies are taking forever to colonize..
This one is about 75% and there are 5 more of the 10 jars at this stage.
There are no contams so at least I know I have the sterility part down..

I am on my first grow also. I started a few weeks after you, with parameters about identical to yours. So maybe you are the Ghost of Shroom-mas Future for me. Keep the log going! More pictures would be nice if you can manage it.

Update - 10/20
Time to case.
The jars smell so fresh.. filled my house with lovely aroma. 
For my casing I am using 70% coir 30% verm.
I want to give a big thank you to the experienced cultivators on this site for the valuable help and information they have provided me.
Also a big thanks to the Shroomery, without this site I dont believe I could have learned so much in so litttle time.

Tape the sides of those containers with duck tape, so no light can enter the sides.
Or else pins will form on the sies and bottom.

Yep, looking good.... Donno if your camera color is a tad off or the lighting was bright but, the coir looks like it should just be a TAD darker (more moisture).
Just spray lightly every other day during colonization and pre-pinning. Coir is quite prone to dry out if the humidity is not high enough.

Good eye Angryshroom. I misted em up right after the pic.
Sterilizing the coir&verm in the micro dried it out a bit. Next time ill add a bit more water.
