If your stomach feels like shit you should eat something a little greasy but not too much food, this mainly works for beer hangovers in my case. For all the other symptoms... Gatorade works sooooooo much better than water if you can afford it. I may be mistaken but you are not just suffering from a lack of water, you have also depleted yourself of essential minerals that help your cells absorb the water that you drink. Gatorade = $$ and taking B complex can help too if you generally feel like shit although I don't find that it does much for me.

I always drink a pint of water after drinking bring one to bed and have another as soon as a wake up. Haven't had a hangover in a year since I started this.

airborne, gatorade, and pretzels r my hangover cure:thumbup:

the airborne calms my stomach, the gatorade hydrates me, and the pretzels r good cause they r a good solid food that expands in ur stomach (that way u dont have to eat as much). o and smoke some dank for sure:stoned:

LOL!! That shit works! I've done it... works best if you have a pure oxygen tank around too. Few puffs off that with a fast IV line and your right as rain in no time. :laugh:

I've even had friends come to me at work and ask for a "quick stick" before going on duty at the hospital... fix 'em right up with 500 cc's of 0.9 NS with Dextrose and 3 liters of pure O2 for about 10 minutes and they walk out happy customers. lol! :laugh:  :thumbup:

Eat a big meal before going to bed that has always worked very well for me.
