terrarium idea for fresh air exchange??

Here's my idea, drill a hole in the side of the terrarium and hook up tubing connected to an aquarium air pump, so fresh air is constantly pumping in. To allow air exchange, cut a hole the size of a quarter in the opposite end and put a filter disk or something over it. This way the mushies are constantly getting fresh air. Any reason this won't work? Can the mushies have TOO much fresh air? Doesn't seem to be the case in nature. Thanks!! Merry Christmas to everyone!!

dude alohas. that sounds like a cool idea. i was just thinking of that too, to have an exhaust hole for the co2 with an air pump coming in from the opposite end of the fruiting chamber.
but the question is....will more air exchange, affect the humidity levels inside the terranium????

Run the tube from the air pump down thru the lid of a jar and stick a bubble stone on the end. Fill the jar with H2O2 and run a tube out thru another hole in the lid. The air will be humid.
