Only 1 1/2p jar is growing. Can l case w/ 1 jar?

Only one of my jars is growing myceluim. Can i still case with one 1/2 p. jar??? Should i just throw 1 cake in a terranium?

If its fully colonized, sure go ahead and case the single cake in damp verm and place in your terrarium.

Don't break it up, just case as a whole cake.
