I fucked up and got some nice mycellium goin in some Quart jars that are not wide mouth. When it's ready, I'm gonna sterilize my filet knife and go in to break it up to case. Is that gonna be ok? I think it's the only way you can do it in this case.

one of my casings were just stuck in the jar once. i think maybei didnt use enough pam when i filled the jars w/ substrate. i opened the over on three fifty and place the jar and casing tray on there and sterelized a knife and chopped it out then chopped it up and it was fine.

I always use regular mouth quart jars. You get a shitload of culture that way. Just break it up with a sterile fork and case it with 50 - 50.
