Get rid of that post at the top of Other Drugs

Repeated Supplier Violations.... we've all seen it.. supplier violations dont even seem that common among this community..
basically the post is just annoying sitting at the top like that and I think it should be taken down.

Umm what about people who are new to the forum, that post takes the place of an announcement at the top of the forum.

Would you rather have it as an announcement instead of the post?

Because people just don't get it poppy...every time I think about taking it down I wind up having to edit someone's post. My hope is that the sticky thread is more visible than the link to the policy, although it doesn't seem to be...
