I actually think that you can get an addiction to the endorphin rush. Not that it is a bad thing I guess. Hell I'm in the same boat but I have convinced myself that I am just a piggish horn dog with a high natural nasty sex drive. Anyway if it concerns you (the orrigional poster) then staw away from the pron and when you feel the urge go on a run or do pushups. You'll get the endorphins you crave and exercise more that your wrist. I've been meaning to try it myself.

Hey I'm in the same boat as you. The worst part is that when you ask people for advice about this, they'll just tell you "there's nothing wrong with that" or "don't stop, it's healthy for you" instead of actually giving you advice.

Here's what I've found: I tend to masturbate the least when either I'm really busy or when there's a chance I'm going to have sex. Sexual stimulation without the possibility of sex is going to just make you want to get rid of the tension. So when you look at porn, or even just see some chick in a bikini on TV or something, the urge to release the sexual tension will be there. So just avoid that stuff. Don't look at porn. Throw out the magazines and videos, and if you're the type that saves it on your PC, delete it now. On the other hand, if I'm in the company of attractive females in real life, I'll resist the urge to wank in hopes of getting sex. I think most guys are like this. Use that as a motivator.

Masturbating less will massively boost your energy. This is why I'm trying to stop. I'm constantly tired and unmotivated. You'll be much more alert, focused, and motivated to do stuff after going just a couple days without masturbating. You'll be full of energy and you can redirect this to just about anything, be it creativity, physical energy, mental energy. When you masturbate you're willingly draining yourself of vital energy that could be put to better use. Do you really want to waste your energy like that!?

Here are my tips for you:
1) DON'T TOUCH YOUR DICK except in the shower. The stimulation will most likely give you sexual thoughts.
2) Stop looking at porn. Stop right now. Just get rid of it, it's garbage. Real breathing women that you can talk to and touch and smell are much better.
3) Use your urge for sex as motivation to stop wanking.
4) Keep as busy as possible, and more importantly, stay around other people as much as possible. When you're around other people, you obviously won't want to wank off in front of them (or would you, pervert!).
