as far as quitting, i usually only find myself doing it when i dont have anything better to do, or when something *sparks* my interest.. so just keep yourself occupied and stay away from porno. but really, nothing to be ashamed of, i say keep on doing it, perfectly natural.

Yeah it does that to ya. It's basically the same way after sex which makes you realize it's all just a trick to make you procreate. Anyways, somestimes I like to try and think about quitting but realize there is not point and it's too hard.
