Q. on casing during incub.

I have an incubation chamber that is a cooler with a tupperware container filled with water with a fish tank heater in the side to reg. temp. I was wondering if it would be ok to put the casings in the incub. chamber for the myc. growth(about 1 week), then put them in the terr. after the myc. grows enough? Thanks for any help.
