shroom legalities (ontario Canada)

anyone know the legalities of growing shrooms in ontario canada? is it ligal to grow them? juts not harvest and eat them or ?

I'm not sure about specific provinces but I know that:

-possesion of spores -- syringe or print -- is legal
-cultivation of mycellium is illegal
-cultivation of fruiting bodies is illegal

So basically, you're only suspose to possess the spore and nothing else. If you cary around fresh shrooms you might be able to pass them off as "just picked, I hadn't ID'd them yet" if the cops were to ask. Basically, you keep it on the down low and nobody will know.

phrozendata is right everything is illegal but spores. But shrroms are schedual 3 in canada. that means that i think the maxamum sentince is like 18 month for cultivation.

you never hear of mushroom cultivation operations being busted like you do with pot though.

Thats because nobody tries to cultivate a hundred fiftty four foot cakes with a bunch of bright, humming lights and stinky ventalations.

Yeah, as I see it there are only a few ways to get busted:
1) You sell to a copper, and then are arrested and your house searched
2) You are busted for something else, and have like an ounce of mushies on you
3) You brag too much about your operation.
4) You go waaaaaaay too large scale
