Hey all. Goodluck with all your trials and tribulations. I have to agree with a previous poster. These things are natural. What's not natural is making a pill and handing it out like candy that keeps 87 year old men erect all day long....I sympathize. That being said, what are the chances of shroomery ever getting shutdown. I'm not worried about getting busted because I barely grow enough to feed my dog, but I love the comraderie and culture here as well as the information posted. I feel like this sight is a huge contribution to mycology and biology. I would hate to see it go! God Bless and keep your fuckin' head up man, you did NOTHING wrong!

So sorry that had to happen to you, as others have said before me, just keep on going and keep your head up. There will be some loophole or another for you to escape through, much luck with the trial's ahead, can't imagine a 15 year friend doing something like that, what a bastard. Well at least you know, and perhaps its even worth to hear his side of the story, 15 years is a long time and you guys had to be friends for a reason if you stuck together for so long. Still, retarted on what he did.

Good luck dude and i wish the best of luck - keep a positive attitude (despite the crappy situation) and your bound to come out free.

I am still also interested in the basic details of what happened...did they just come knocking on your door with a warrent...what sort of evidence was there, or was it a setup? I dont think one persons word is enough to get a warrent alone...whenever you get time, it would be a learning experience for us.

If it makes you feel any better I got set up with 25 pounds of ganja, and yes my friend my balls fell to the Flore lol. Now I am serving 4 years probation and have to pay $3,500. But I payed a really good layer I think I payed around $4,000 he got me out and got me probation. In Texas we have a no tolerance LAW so to get out on probation is well.....WOW lol it's now 2 1/2 years later and it's like a bad dream I had only every time I go to probation I remember.

I took the blame my for my best friend of 10 years now and I would do it again, BUT he did pay my layer lol. cya round my friend, IF you go to jail look at it as an experience not a sentence. LIKE....a Vacation some thing new.

you have a grandbaby?! So they aren't just trying to throw you in jail for ridiculous drug laws, they are tearing apart a family!

I would try and play the Religious Freedom card. Obviously this is a big part of your life if you are growing and tripping into your old age! As long as you weren't caught selling, you might be able to get a higher court to overturn any convictions based on a violation of your First Amendment rights.

My prayers with you, and all other people in prison for forming realtions with entheogens! And I don't know if religous freedom would cut it.. My pops is sitting in prison right now for growing medical marijuana, and he is a disabled Viet Nam vet.. They don't call it the WAR on drugs for nothing..
