Salvia indoors, its kinda sick

Hi all, I bought three cutting of salvia and got them to grow successfully, but they dont seem to healthy. The leaves were going brown at the tips and leaves keep falling off at a constant rate. The average temp in my house has been around 12 degrees getting down to 8C at night , (i think about 50 F), so I figured that might be the problem.
So now I have an old fridge with an adjustable thermostat that uses a 100watt bulb to keep the temp up. What temp should it be at? Also everyone raves about humidity but im unsure as I've tried making it really humid and the plant seems to be worse off. Ill try to take some pics, at the moment the two biggest ones have good healthy leaves at the top of the stem but hardly any below (as they have fallen off) Also will the 100 watt bulb be good enough for photosynthesis? Since salvia only needs shade to grow. Will the constant on/off screw up its photoperiod?
Any tips would be appreciated, I want to grow acres of the stuff, but thats taking a bit longer than I had expected.
At the mo the temps about 68F in the fridge.

I don't know a great deal about lighting but is your 100 watt bulb an actual grow light?
How often are you watering and do they have any air movement?

im actually having the same problem with the leaves, the coloring and the falling of leaves. but on mine, it also grows leaves just as fast as they fall off, so i dont even notice it... also, i did find a few flying bugs around them, got a spray, but i cant spray directly on the plant... lol. (need to find a different spray i guess... but im scared of makin them poisonous when smoked....). the bugs are pretty much gone now. i say pretty much cause they keep coming back... but then i spray, and they go away... etc etc. but i keep finding cobwebs on them...

12-8C is a bit too little heat, try to give them 20C (or a bit more), there's no need of extra humidity unless you live on a very arid location. there's no photoperiod issues with salvias, give them something close to 12h/day and they should like it. look out the plagues!

Mines been doing that same shit, but since it warmed up over here, i've had the window she's sitting next too open. Leaf falling rate has gone down dramatically, so maybe she needs more air movement?
