Pan. Cyans. Birthing ?

Hello to all :)
Ok here's the ?. Since im new to this pan. cyans. growing(but not new to the shroom cultivation world), how do you know when the jars(1/2 pint in this case), are ready to be birthed. The mycl. is very thin in some spots, but is thick in other area's. The jars are completely coverd with white mycl. in the thick area's it's so thick that you can't see the bird seed!
However the thin area's you can still see the birdseed, but it is coverd, and it is white. With 4 years exper. growing P. cubes, i'd say it's not contamnination, and with me record of only losing 1 casing in those for years i'd hate to think that it would catch up now. The jars have been colo. now for about 8-9 days at 84F, and complete darkness accept when i take a gander at them :) It may just be me but the jars look healthy, but it's those thin spots that have me worried. They were all started from a 10cc syringe. I only used 2cc between 3 jars. I wanted to start small since this is a exper. working with a new type. If i screw up somewhere i still have plenty to reestablish myself. Well thx for taking the time to read and answer...GOD BLESS

They sound ready!!!! As long as you see mycelium everywhere in the substrate, they are ready. The Cop. cyans don't get as thick as the cubensis.
