Pan. Cyans. help.....please!

Ok here's the deal...... I inculated 2 jars of grain, with a syringe of Pan. Cyans. They reached 100% colo. in 7-8 days. Then thay were cased with dung mixed lightly with verm. The casing layer is about 1/4" thick. This was done about 3 days ago. Now one of the casings is about 90-95% colo. and the other casing isn't far behind. The RH is about 98%, and temps are now at 72-75f. I just started to give light today. The weird part to all this is the mycl. looks extremly white, and extremly fuzzy. Is this the norm, and what do I do about getting these to pin? Thx

I have gotten to the same point twice as you are right now and for me the whole thing stopped. It was very sad. I did get five fruit once after I gave up and thew the cased substrate away. There was some fruiting in the garbage can. I still don't know why? Anyway good luck. I'm waiting on a 15lb. DB kit before I try Pan Cy again

your RH is a bit high... what is your air exchange rate? what is your setup? you might want more fresh air and slightly lower RH for now.. gives it a shot man.

Finally somebody responed :) Well my fresh air is being supplied from a bubbler hooked up to a small tupperware bottle that is filled 30/70 mix of h2o2/water. All of wich is housed in a small container(looks nice and compact I might add :) I usually use this set-up on a 40 gallon tub. Run it for about 30 min. and I get 98% RH for about 6-10 hours...depends on the temp. also. Well I have my thai. K/S in this 40 gallon tub(2 casings...which are showing signs of pinning any day now). The tub im using for my Pans. I think is a 15 gallon tub. The houseing I described before with my bubbler...I managed to fit another bubbler in there with it's own bottle of the 30/70 mix, which is supplying the humidity/fresh air. I think it does it's job to well! So now I have stopped using it, and switch to hand fanning till some of the water starts to evaporate. The mycl. of the pans. is very white and fuzzy. Is this the norm? How do I start to pin from this point? Also what should I expect to see or look out for?

try adding another airline input just going through a filter to lower humidity. A gang valve can easily controll the flow (get a metal one, it will last/work better). I do not remember if TMC has a section on pan/cope cyan/trop but its worth a check.. also keep in mind that PC has different requirements than pan's.. MUCH more forgiveing .. anyway.. relax about people not responding immidiately.. not everyone comes here every day.. and especially not to adv. cult.. which, i suppose, can be a good thing.. as there seem to be alot more newbies here than in the past.. a higher % that is.. I would suggest you pm anno, una, or psilocyber and workman.. but only if it is a genuine researched question.. try the search feature.. it should help find many old posts of simmilar questions.. and TMC/GGMM are both highly reccomended..

Thanks DinoMyc for the reply :) I was getting worried. I've been doing this now for 4 years, but when it comes time for me to ask a ?, I get all nervous if know one answers me in 5 min...heh! Anyway, one of my casings has just started to show some rizomorphic growth coming through the cottony mycl. very small, and only in a few places. The other casing is still cotton :( It seems as though the growth my have slowed down a little....is this a good sign that maybe their switching gears from veg. growth to fruit growth. Maybe im just being inpataint as usuall. At 2:00am it will be 4 days to the mark that I cased these little devils. I have 45 min. togo :)
