Y'know, I was really underwhelmed when I saw the thumbnail version. It wasn't until I saw the hi-res image that I appreciated the skill of it. I be this would like swell printed on cloth. Well done!

Wow - thanks for the reviews guys - I kinda thought people would just look and leave .

To make it, I took a photo of a Chinese girl and moved it onto a square image to use as a height map for bryce 5 (square so that it didnt distort on an innatley square map template) then I turned it into a piece of land scape, zoomed out miles and miles and scaled up the lanscape so that it would be a litte foggy, then I played with erosion, softening and lowering the 3d structure till I liked it, applied the trippy texture, rendered it and then put it through two random fuzz adding processes in photoshop cs(mac) to take away the crispness of the bryce render and voila .
Is that what you meant by whats the medium ?

Really you need to thank the girl for the nice smile and the cool eyes (I love chinese eyes).

Wrestler - yeah I think it might look cool with the lines coming from the inner eye- I'll try (I say 'try' because i didnt save it so I'd have to remake it from the ground up to do so) .

Reminds me of those things you have to stare at to see the image, only it doesn't take too long to see the image inside this one.
