Morse did not invent the telegraph.

since he did invent morse code, that myth still lives on even in reputable history books.

Tesla patented telegraphy an entire year before Morse even began testing. since they were both under westinghouse tesla kept quiet and later sued westinghouse... then died and a few months later the courts ruled in tesla's favor.

but back to topic.... i thought varese was always considered the father of electronic music. and i know that his stuff sounds like dada, but he was one of the first to seriously use theramins and alternative sources of sound.
