Wiccan Seeker and banning

Does she have a right to ban me because of my views in PA&L? Mind you there were NO personnal attacks whatsoever. He isn't even a moderator there? He did respond to my post, interjecting his reasoning without even letting me respond, nor was I warned. What's up with this?

Your post seemed to me to be completely in accordance with the forum rules. It was just a pro-American post, and the ban was ridiculous. I don't agree with your opinions, but you should have the right to state them without getting banned by the liberals.

My real reason for responding though, is to ask, Wiccan_seeker is really a she? I never knew...

The ban wasn't too cool, but I don't think it was even wiccan who banned you. I'm pretty sure it was a PA&L mod... anyway, don't worry, in the future, as long as you don't attack your fellow shroomerite, you should earn a warning.

Talk of killing people in PA&L is a bit intense though... not worth a ban... but it can be hard to debate with someone waving their sword...

But like I said, you should be fine in the future.

2. I've even gotten fanmail for it but as I explained to them I did not ban you at all. What I however did do was notify the moderators of Pol & Act of your post.

This is contrary to the spirit of the Shroomery. I can understand that you are scared to death about islamic fundamentalism but gripped by fear you are roaring death threats at an entire ethnic group and religion. Death threats, not intelligent criticism.

Your racist comment is a slap in the face for all our Islamic, middle-eastern Shroomery members and fuel on the fire of fundamentalism.

I decided this was banning material and submitted it to the Pol & Act moderators using the "notify a moderator" button thats at the bottom left of each post, since after all its their forum so its their call.
And you got banned for the contents of your post, for you are judged on nothing else but what you decide to press "Ok, submit" on.

Think before you post. Those bans will only get longer if you keep up your fear-inspired racism.
