It's hard for anyone to say where the problem lies w/o seeing what you posted, or what you did on IRC. :shrug:

I am sorry delta9 and Civ, I understood that in the Trip Tips forum you guys didn't want it in there becuase a kid could go "oh look at what I can get in wal-mart!!" and kill himself.

I had not known about the new rule in the ODD forum, and I'm sorry. However he knows he could have just deleted the 1 line that listed the dosage. I own a ubb forum, and I know it takes the same amount of mouse clicks to edit someones post as it does to delete it.

I can't contact these people as I'm banned from trip tips and odd and irc. I now have no way of sharing or reading other peoples experiences, something that I did love to do.

Is there another "drug based" website with an active forum like this one? I would be to scared to put time into any other detailed posts as it might get deleted.

i don't think it is drama delta9--it ok to people to feel..!!!!
..i also feel sometimes picked on about certain things in this forum..people always dont get what Im saying or I get reamed for spelling somthing wrong...I have to keep telling myself.. not everyone is open to people being them selves or having there own way of life....
for it being a sight that has topic on drugs... i think it was wrong for you to be banded...I'm glad you shared you experience with the forum...i read it and enjoyed it fully...I tried DMT once and it was a trip I tell you..

Sorry for your negetive experience. You must understand that we encourage people to share experiences and give sound advice. However we have very strict rules when discussing 'other drugs' as we are hugely concerned about safety and bad information.

As is clearly stated in that forums rules we ask that everyone read and abide by said rules to avoid these kinds of situations.

If feel unwelcome after following our rules then I wish you the best, but if you can respect and follow rules set for our forums then your experience here should be a good one.

As for IRC please contact vampire as he is in charge of chat and can help you if you feel a user is behaving badly.

If ANYBODY knows The Shroomery's guidelines concerning DXM in Trip Tips, it is you. I'd gladly post ALL our PM correspondence over the last 4 months concerning this issue if you wish... but the point of the Matter is simple: There is a NO DXM rule in Trip Tips. It is in place, in large part, because of you and your VERY public displays of irresponsible mixing of drugs... LIVE in the Trip Tips Forum.

Trip Tips mods don't know shit about DXM.

It is your job to follow the rules, and it is my job to clean up when you don't. You failed to follow the rules one too many times. I cleaned up GOOD this time.

Forgive me, and anyone else here at The Shroomery who is unwilling to sit and watch another community member take the wrong combo of substances and end up dead.

go to www.simplemachines.org and download their free forum software.
go to www.topclasshost.com and get dirt cheap hosting and free domain name.

run a whole forum devoted solely to dxm...

The post was not in trip tips, it was in odd. I understand why no dxm posts in trip tips, TRUST ME! I don't want kids killing themselves w/ dxm either, that's why I made the simple guide w/ the CCC warning which I have recieved MANY "thank you"'s for making.

I knew nothing about dosage info not being allowed in odd. You could have edited the 1 line where it told that value.

In responce to the other guy, if I did want to run a dxm only forum, which I don't, I would use vB forums as they have the best record for vulnerabilities and most admin options. I already use www.icdsoft.com as a host for my sites, they are quite good.

I've used ubb, vB, phpbb2 and phpnuke, I must say that vB blows them all away. php-nuke was by FAR the worst, I warn you all to stay far away from that hacked nightmare.

I'm just saddened becuase I feel like I've lost access to this wonderfull community that made me very happy.

Maybe becuase I was still under dxm's influence I posted it in the wrong forum? Did I? I'm pretty damn sure I posted it in the odd forum, if I posted it in trip tips I send you a 1000 apologies as you MUST KNOW I really did not mean to. I don't know what else to say, I love this community, this is the most mature, best "held togather" and most educated drug community on the net.

If I remember right you wrote in another thread that 1200mg of dextromethorphani hydrobromidum "hardly does anything for you anymore". Not to mention that you are doing DXM too often, I think you have some serious issues to handle. You should think about what you are doing to yourself and your life. Adrug, I have not shroomed since november, well I did had some Myc juice the other week. If you come in and we are talking about drugs, that doesn't mean that I'm tripping at the moment, it means that this is a drug website and that chat room is based on a drug website.

I doubt my brain is becoming a bowl of jelly, my companies are making more $$ then ever, infact I never imagined I would be making this kind of money and I haven't noticed any brain fucntion drop. Basically you just like to act like a punk to me for no reason other than your an op and you can. The only "attitude" I gave you was asking you why you picked on me daily, and you never seem to reply. I tried to ignore you but unfortunatly everytime you restart mirc it doesn't save the ignore list and I'm not going to take the time to write a script to not be annoy'd by you. Just becuase you have the power to be a jerk to someone doesn't mean you should exagerate my bi-weekly - every 2 weeks trip to "EVERY TIME"/everyday. Not cool.

New, you were banned for PAST behavior, I have no doubt you can change that behavior.

Calling Mods, "Assholes" and Ops, "Bitches" is NOT a good way to restore faith in you, or your ability to post or chat responsibly.

Take a step back for a few weeks, cool off... and come back. I'm sure tempers will have cooled by then.

You aren't banned from ALL the IRC channels, nor are you banned from ALL The Shroomery Forums. You have only been banned from a couple places.

Don't worry. Take a look at what has happened, and come back when you can keep your cool and follow the rules.

I'm banned from the only irc channels that people talk in. I PM'd you saying, "lol you are a son of a bitch", becuase instead of editing 1 line where I said #### DXM report, you deleted an hour worth of work. Yes I might have over reacted but if anything the pm was more banter than anything else.

I called adrug a punk and...um...a jerk, becuase someone who exagerates something and picks on me daily as I pal around w/ online people is exactly that, a punk and a jerk, well in my book.

But like I said this thread is dead. I had my say and I must have posted that report on the wrong forum, or I didn't know the new rule in the odd forum. As for IRC, I and other ops know I'm right.

I'll take your advice and come back in 3 or 4 days.

My advice was a few weeks or a month, not a few days.

One thing all Shroomerites should learn is patience.

You do have some good points, but IRC is going through a clean up right now. Like I said before, give it a month. A lot of people are being moved around irc right now. You aren't the only one to be banned. Let IRC clean house, then come back in a few weeks or a month, with a positive attitude.

As for the thread, you posted it in Trip Tips, not ODD. I only deleted it because you know better than to post such threads in there (we have a history :wink:

), although I confess you likely meant to post it in ODD. I am not an ODD Mod, so I could not delete that thread if it was posted in there. I deleted the thread... so it was posted in a Forum I Moderate. You posted it in Trip Tips. I dumped it.

Normally, I would move those threads to the proper forum. Just deleting the dosage info is not OK for Trip Tips, since there is no DXM discussion allowed in Trip Tips. As written, your thread wasn't proper for ODD OR Trip Tips. Had you actually posted it in ODD, the Mods might have deleted the dosage info and allowed the thread to stay... BUT YOU DIDN'T POST IT IN ODD. You posted yet another DXM thread in Trip Tips, which even you admit, isn't allowed AT ALL.

So, sure I could have moved the thread to ODD, and then, an ODD Mod could have edited the thread to fit their Forum guidelines, but WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO CLEAN UP YOUR POSTS. Yet, we do clean your posts ALL THE TIME. Carefully editing your posts, and posting in the CORRECT Forum, are two things you have had problems with.

You, thenewuser, have required 25-50% of ALL THE MODERATING I have needed to do in my tenure as Mod of Trip Tips. Does that make you a BAD guy? No. But your posts have been getting on my nerves because I always have to check them. I expect better from you.

I can sympathize with adrug. Dude, don't expect volunteer Mods and Ops to hold your hand ALL the time.

Give it some time, and learn what we're trying to teach you.

I am not an ODD Mod, so I could not delete that thread if it was posted in there. I deleted the thread... so it was posted in a Forum I Moderate. You posted it in Trip Tips. I dumped it.

Normally, I would move those threads to the proper forum. Just deleting the dosage info is not OK for Trip Tips, since there is no DXM discussion allowed in Trip Tips. As written, your thread wasn't proper for ODD OR Trip Tips. Had you actually posted it in ODD, the Mods might have deleted the dosage info and allowed the thread to stay... BUT YOU DIDN'T POST IT IN ODD. You posted yet another DXM thread in Trip Tips, which even you admit, isn't allowed AT ALL.

So, sure I could have moved the thread to ODD, and then, an ODD Mod could have edited the thread to fit their Forum guidelines, but WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO CLEAN UP YOUR POSTS. Yet, we do clean your posts ALL THE TIME. Carefully editing your posts, and posting in the CORRECT Forum, are two things you have had problems with.

You, thenewuser, have required 25-50% of ALL THE MODERATING I have needed to do in my tenure as Mod of Trip Tips. Does that make you a BAD guy? No. But your posts have been getting on my nerves because I always have to check them. I expect better from you.

I can sympathize with adrug. Dude, don't expect volunteer Mods and Ops to hold your hand ALL the time.

Give it some time, and learn what we're trying to teach you.

You are a charismatic member of this community. If people didn't enjoy reading what you say SO MUCH, I wouldn't be as worried. The fact is, people listen to you more than they listen to an average Shroomerite, so I EXPECT you to make RESPONSIBLE posts. You may feel like you are being punnished, but really, you are being handed the keys to the kingdom... if you choose to take this not so subtle hint. I'm sure Swami and Hanky can relate.
