 IRC policies.. request for a link to the policies

Hi, I had a question about the IRC policies referenced in the intro text shown when I login to the server.
It states:
"
=shroomery.org= *** Notice -- Please be advised that use of this service constitutes consent to all network policies and server conditions of use, which are at http://www.shroomery.org, stated within the servers /MOTD and /RULES
"
However, I have been unable to find documentation of "all network policies and server conditions of use" on the BB. Could you put a direct link in the same introduction text? thanks.
(I tried typing /motd and /rules in IRC, but it said file not found, so I'm not sure thats what I was supposed to do. I also put /motd and /rules as the $path$ in "http://www.shroomery.org/$path$" but that didn't work either.

There currently haven't been any written. That message is preprogrammed into the IRC daemon.

I took some time to write up the motd, its currently available on the IRC network (Displayed when you connect and by typing /motd) and at the following url

your system for Identd and Insecure Socks Proxy or Wingate servers. If

to a shroomery.org IRC server. By retaining a connection to the Shroomery
you are stating that you know, understand and are willing to accept and
abide all conditions of use and acceptable use policies of the Shroomery.org
IRC Network.
Please remember that IRC is an un-moderated medium, and
the staff that runs this server (or network for that matter)
is not responsible for any content, illegal or otherwise, that
crosses over this network.
Not viewing this MOTD because you have your IRC Client software
set so that MOTDs are ignored does *not* remove you from the

I'm bumping this because the shroomery.org/ircd.motd is out of date, assuming this even matters.
damn this is an old thread; 3Dshroom, ripper, and I mean how often do I get the chance to reply to PGF directly?
