That would probably kill lots of people who couldn't make it to the hospital on time.

I agree try living in road island, top speed is like 40.

But ya know what, 10 mph would be cool, cuz then people wouldnt comute so far. Comunity would be what its about, people would work close to there houses and gas usage would go down, insurance would go down, taxes would go down. Hell! Im all about the 10 mph!
