Peat Moss Vs. Dung Compost for 50/50 tek

Which is better? I seem to have better success if I substitute peat moss with ZooDoo or Black Kow in a 50/50 tek.

Anyone have a qualified recomendation?

My first casings the "peat moss" was colonized so quickly it looked like a mugging. Still working on my dungs, just did a casing 2 days ago with just good ole "Country Cottage 1-1-1 Cow Manure" still waiting on results. For some reason though I dont put too much faith in store bought manure, I dont know it seems like its missing "something?" Maybe flies?..lol
