The first shroomerite i ever met was anno! He was coming for vacation near my town, and came over to my place for a while...
He was kind enough to bring me all sort of supplies (i was a newbie then) and taught me basic stuff about cultivation.

Story ends with me joining his trip to a deserted beach, where i had the most intense trip of my life, after drinking a nice tea, made out of 4 different strains of annos shrooms...
We even managed to make a small* mistake in calculating the dosage, consuming a very strong dose each,

...in a matter of minutes, strong hallucinations started to penetrate our vision, next thing we know, we lay on the beach, next to each other in awe, looking at the most beautifull thing i have seen in my life up to now....

Snow white, fractalized clouds, in a fat blue sky where changing forms and shaping in a way i had never even dreamed of...strangly enough, anno found out that we could somehow control the hallucinations....(thats where my sig comes from)

The trip went on and on till it reached its huge peak, with anno morphing into a strange freaky alien with octapous hands saying at various moments,"very intense" and me almost being eaten by the sea's wave-mouth

The trip ended with a sunset that belonged to another planet, violet sky, green sea and orange sand.

I ve met another shroomerite who lived close to me too.

At first i didn't tell him my real name, but trusted him enough to make a deal. (...)  We became good friends after that. Went mushroom hunting together and tripped on psilos....there is a strange trust i feel when i come to meet shroomerites.....

...this strange trust was what made me travel a 24 hour trip by train to another central Europian country, to meet 2 shroomerites i had never seen before, in order to go Amanita hunting......
....another magical trip to huge mystical mountains and super old trees, moments that have made my whole life a huge psychedelic adventure.

Every time i meet a shroomer, something really magical happens....its like connecting pieces of a huge puzzle for me.............and for you... :heart: :mushroom2: :heart:

I would to, The few shroomers that I've met have all been cool lovely intense people.
but I've never taken a trip with some one experienced, yet.

Wow, you really met Anno? What's he like in person? He reminds me a lot of a therapist I once had.

the first time i met a shroomerite, was because we found out that we were going to the same String Cheese concert, and his seat was directly one in front of mine. 
The place the concert was at was pretty huge too.....

what a weird coincidence......

My Lady and I have known two Shroomerites. One visited us regularly for 2 years, but never had us over. Then he e-mailed me that he couldn't have anything to do with me anymore because I didn't believe in God the same way as he did. Adios Mr. Paranoid. The other fellow is a pilot of a private jet. Whenever he manages to fly some ridiculously wealthy celebs to south Florida he spends time with us. Really good guy.

On the other hand...there have been those who were over-zealous to visit long distance - even to camp out in the back yard, or those who admitted after quite some time that they were gay, and who apparently had some kind of 'virtual crush,' or those, when given an opportunity to meet in their own city, chickened out.

Hey! What's up with people? What ever happened to a handshake and a smile, and let's sit down for an old-fashioned chat to see how it compares to a new-fangled cyber-relationship? How come it's never a chick who gets these cyber-crushes on me? Sheesh!

Lets see i personally know 4 shroomerites. 2 of which i knew IRL before the shroomery, Delta9 is one of my best friends, and Quankus who was in a guitar class with me in high school.

yeap! met him and tripped hard with him too  :cool:

He is exactly as you see him here at the shroomery: friendly, kind, smart, helpfull, scientific, fun, shroomy...

...looks pretty much....anno-(nymous) too, you can't tell he's a shroomerite easily, he could be anyone, from the milk man to the chemist of your local acid lab.  :tongue:

Wishful thinking. The majority of Shroomerites are male. Of the female Shroomerites I have met, none fit that description.

Yes, I've been seeing spliffy secretly now for about 4 months. She's great, and I would happily see other shroomerites if they were open to my inner beauty. Seems to many judge me on my grotesque appearance.

Well, used from recognizing other ravers around festivals and clubs....i have developed a feeling for psychonauts...

Its something about the way they talk, walk, move generally, clothing too.....There are always exceptions of course...
