Would you meet a shroomery member...

When you know they live near you and seem like a nice person with good ratings/posts? A feeling of paranoia because one would know someone in real life who knows something about you that no one knows except this online community.

Anyone feel similar?

ive met so many shroomerites i couldnt count them...  and they have all enriched my life in some way or another, some in profound ways.

you can be paranoid all you want, but all it will get you is peeking through your blinds.

I wish I could meet some shoomerites in my area. Im always looking for good people to kick it with and this place seems to choked full of em. Wish yall lived closer :frown: The NE gathering is coming soon though and that will be a mighty fine time. Me and Todcasil are going to smootch all the girles  :crazy2:

I would love to meet a 'Shroomerite, depending on what my impression of them was here. Unlike what most seem to think, I believe you can get a general idea of what a person is like through his/her postings...

I never get the chance to meet other shroomerites, but I would love to. I live in South Florida. Anybody can look me up.
As a matter of fact, at work, I put up a small sign that says "shroomery.org" in case one of you guys is a customer of mine.

Ive met quite a few shroomerites and they have all been awesome people!! well except one was really shitty to me.... but never try and get romantically involved with another shroomerite.

I love you guys :smile:.

I've met several Shroomerites, both on an individual basis and at gatherings. I don't think I've ever met a group of people as cool as Shroomerites. It's definitely worth it to meet up with them.

Usually that's the case, but you'd be surprised at some of them. There are a few Shroomerites who turned out to be very different than I expected.

i'm good friends with a shroomerite here, but i knew him before he joined, since i'm the one who got him to join :grin: but i'm meeting up with one awesome shroomery member that i've never met before for a weekend camping trip in oregon in about 2 weeks...should be a good time! i don't really have any reservations, i've been around here long enough to get a feel about who i can trust and who to avoid, and i know he's a good person. i'm sure there will be pictures when we return from the forest, and hopefully a trip report :wink: san pedro first time....mmmmmmmm :laugh:
i do think you have to be careful though, about meeting anyone from the internet...common sense and intuition is usually your best friend in these situations

p.s. - i can't wait for ohio!! :dancing:
