Suspending growth

Anyone have an idea as to suspending growth for a week or so unattended. I just harvested my first flush and dunked PF style cakes of P. Cubensis for 16 hours after harvest and put back in terrarium today. There are some pins already but I am going on vaction in two days for 5 days. Any idea how I can suspend fruiting for a week or so?

put them in the fridge...works like a charm so long as they don't freeze
