Very good post dromni <-------ego booster
Quote:
You now have a decision to make; you can continue building your old ego (since you still have the blueprints) or you can build a new one and make it whatever you want it to be.
From an odd metaphysical experience i had a few years back, i know that it is not necessity to make this decision...
One can actually choose to live without his ego. I experienced a total ego loss that lasted 4 whole days...
You just have to keep on meditating on a 24 hour basis. This can be achived by trusting the movement.
Action contains alot more wisdom than thought, and is a lot faster too. It's like a time travel, only that it's not some huge transfer to another decade, it is simply a small push forward, towards this moment right now.
Thought requires time to exist, action doesn't need time at all! If you surrender to your body's actions, your speed of perception is accelerated, and comes closer to the moment.
It is a natural psychedelic reaction, all psychedelics mess with your memory, but the truth is , that you can avoid your memory just by concentrating on your actions/movement.CONCENTRATING non stop.
This is easily achived when a person trance-dances at a rave party. He enters the realms of extacy just by concentrating on the music and relating each move to a sound...sooner or later, he finds himself surprised, by his own actions He becomes unpredictable for his own self, he doen't use his memory, he experiences the cosmic unity. All you have to do is surrender to your actions.
You know more than you think.

I always like to think of raving as a form of meditative prayer representing the harmony and interrelatedness of the universe. I dance where ever I go, even if there is no music. when you focus on just being you can move with more speed and grace then you thought possible.
unfortunately I have not yet experianced total ego destruction, just ego negation. I have seen the nature of the ego and try to keep it from growing too tall. I acknowledge it as an illusion but find it hard to see past it clearly.
