...That I am getting fat I have resolved to lose some weight, my goal is to be able to get into a bathing suit without looking like a pink blob in blue WalMart swimming trunks.
this is my plan:
1, maximum 2 meals a day. More running When I do eat, it's shit like rice and such Exersize in some way...

I think its called the 'little Debbie diet' not because its a diet, but rather because its all you can get with a quarter. nutty bars aren't healthy either. They have like 18g of fat in them.

Do a juice fast, many report feeling better after juice fasting than they have in decades
Or any fasting of your choosing. That would be my course of action if I was unhealthy or fat, but it is up to you. Just remember than many diets are very temporary and flimsy, after a few months off them you may regain all the weight you lost

Maximum of 2 meals a day? Thats not really gonna help you lose weight. Its all about what your eating, and how much of it you are eating at a time.
It is much healthier to eat 4 small meals a day than 2 meals

you should eat more smaller meals. like 4 or 5. like peyotezen said. it'll build up yer metabolism. not full meals but some fruit here, a sandwhich. lots of water. don't eat after nine pm. watch your portions. what we consider a normal serving size is usually 2 or 3 time more than what it should be.
the idea of fasting is a great idea. on the weekend before you start to diet. fast for a day ... or 3 days if yer hardcore and have done it before. wheatgrass is super during this time. that way you'll be ready for a new start. the link to erowid.fasting is a great one.
but have a plan set out before you start and talk to some friends or a dr. before hand. good luck and you have the support of the shroomery with you.

swimming and less junk food. i eat red meats, starchy vegies, chocolat, pop and all teh crappy stuff. but i work hike and swim. its all about excersing which is a pain in the ass to hear. the key is to find a physical thing to do that you actually enjoy. i used to do teh whole workout thing but stopped. why do i want to watch a white wall on a bike and lift weights? i can go outside and ride somewhere cool and get some nice scenery in.
i like nature so its easy for me to excersise. what do you actually enjoy doing? try and make that physically active. starving your body rarely helps much and once you stop that your jsut gonna gain them back.
im 6/2 and 180 pounds and look like a skinny little pinner but its only cause i hike lots. and my arteries and heart and such are probably pretty bad, out of sight out of mind.

Men's Health has a lifestyle plan for eating called the "Abs Diet". It provides for 6 meals per day. You get one cheat day where you can eat anything you want. The other days you focus on certain kinds of foods. It's more about the kinds of foods you should be eating rather than the kinds you should be avoiding.

interesting i dont know whats good really. but what really annoys me is the diets that starve people of nutrients and a rounded diet. most of the peopl i know that bought into these things came out sicker than they were when tehy started. being fat isnt really all that bad all the time. but can be. eating good is key for muscle, organ, and everythings health. excersise is only usefull if your feeding your body enough of the right shit to be able to do the activities. no different than a car really.

I don't see how a juice fast is any healthier or safer than a crash diet. The reason such diets don't work is because as soon as you start eating again, your metabolism has adjusted to handle a low intake of energy, and you actually put on weight faster.
The healthiest way to lost weight is to NOT fast, or diet. Establish regular eating patterns, and excercise regularly. Don't try to lose all the weight at once.
