they're cased... now what?

using Shroom Wizard's casing recipe, i cased three BRF crumbled cakes on Friday and covered the container with a piece of plastic wrap attached with a rubber band. i believe Shroom Wizard says to not do anything to the casing for another 4 days. is this the best course of action? or should i begin misting/fanning? should i patch up faster colonizing sections of the casing? please let me know. i've never gotten this far before in regards to growing. attached is a picture of the casing currently.

Leave covered for 7 days, make sure you have 7 - 10 holes punched in the Saran Wrap, after that put in terrarium, give 8 hours of light and fan at least twice daily.
