so do i innoculate where the white square is and tape the whole up or jus anywhere on the bag and tape the hole up?

dumb question i know, thanx in advance

Swab the area about an inch below the filter patch with alcohol let it sit for a minute then inoculate.
(all this is explained at the hawkseye instruction page)
