cars are the same.  they only do good jobs if its really serious and in large quantities.  anyoen who posts here shouldnt worry about it, cause if they did have that much to worry about they wouldnt be dumb enough to come to such sites...

i wouldnt even waste my time here if i was a cop, bigger fish to fry IMO.

There was a recent narc out on a spore syringe trade on the shroomery.

The guy who did it was a lurker with no posts or ratings.

His name was Alice_In_Chains, I believe. I just looked up the account but it was deleted. Interesting.

Also there is no such thing as entrapment for drug related crimes really. It's different with say, prostitution. If a cop (posing as a john) asks a girl if he can pay her for sex, that won't hold up in court. The prostitute has to specficially ask for money in return for sex. That's because sex itself (generally speaking) is not a crime, only getting paid for it is. Whereas drugs themselves, to possess buy or sell are illegal.

The puritanical laws in the US are so retarded and counter-productive.

A cop can pull you over for ANYTHING, there is a book a few inches thick on reasons cops can pull you over in my state.

Also, I have NEVER seen as many undercover detectives as in the state of Virginia. They are all over the place and on the highways.

Depends on the situation really, I'm assuming you mean in a public situation where your dealing with a lot of people you don't know. In a more normal day to day thing, you have to watch out for narcs not cops. In the lot/festival scenario, don't ever think you're in the clear....because the undercovers ARE there. I suppose it's mostly instinct. A good rule of thumb is if someone is stumbling/dancing around with pupils the size of quarters and a huge joint in their mouth, they are probably not a cop. If on the other hand they appear to be totally sober, but trying to "act cool", and are asking all the wrong questions.....just wave goodbye and walk away. How a person looks, dresses, walks, and talks can tell you a lot. Always chose your words carefully when dealing with a stranger, and pay attention to what they are saying too. If someone looks completely out of place, they probably are. If any of you went to roo the past year, I'm sure you saw at least one of the black people walking around the campgrounds selling bonaroo t-shirts. Well a kid I know offered one of them a bowl-pack for a shirt, the guy thought for a minute then said ok. Then suddenly "out of nowhere" he was detained by a team of undercover officers wearing pot leaf hats who searched and questioned him. They attempted to do the same to the kid who was walking with him, he gave them shit though and put up a fight because he had done nothing wrong. They took his bag, and his pipe, and let him go cause he wasn't dealing or anything. However, the black guy was "arrested for selling t-shirts illegally", and taken away. Maybe I'm wrong, but I find it a bit hard to believe that they were following, watching, and investigating some guy for selling shirts....thats what the kid involved claimed though. So I guess to sum it up, just keep your eyes and ears open at all times.....and never assume your completely safe.

Ive seen narcs at concerts, and ive had them walk up to me on the street and just ask if i wanted to buy weed or if i wanted to sell him weed. Just completely out of the clear.

Suggestion, dont deal to people you dont know and ask you on the street.Keep a low profile.

i read that as well. but he also said that the guy turned the syringe into the cops, never did he say he was a cop. and your right there are cops here but its kind of funny actually. bust up a bunch of people trading a few spores...

apperantly the states is different. but at elast where i live they really dont waste their time on small stuff. they got so much work dealign with huge busts and multi year investigations it would be too hard to do. its usually they take it and tell you not to do it again, its bad blah blah blah.

the undercover cops here ALL drive the same 3 types of cars. and a whopping 3 different colours! shit i dunno if THATS a cop or not... pretty funny big huge touring cars with tinted windows and radios on the dash equiped with funky lookin atenna. pretty pathetic really. only good for catching road violations really.
