My brush with the law last night.

Recipe:

1/8th of good dro in the car
about 10 beers left of a 12 pack
1 open containers
1 minor who had been drinking my beer

Supposedly did a rolling stop through a stop sign at night and was pulled over. Cop took my license and insurance and when he came back asked who had been drinking. Guy in the back seat who was of age said he had. I hadnt even finished one beer because I had spilled it and threw it out about 3 minutes earlier. Also we had just hit off the pipe as the cops lights came on.
Cop pulled us all out, gave me a field sobriety which i passed, then asked to search the vehicle. I didnt consent. He tried to pull the you have to be hiding somthing if you dont consent, but I ended it with the "I have nothing to hide but I dont feel it is appropriate for this situation. I will not physically resist but I do not consent"
I got off with a 'transporting an open container'. The cop said it wouldnt cost that much.
Lucky incident for me.

i got that off some website. I think it was the ACLU website or maybe it was marijuna.org. I cant remember. Wait, I think it was the drug policy awareness website, that is a division of the ACLU. Make sure you donate to those guys they have done alot of good for our cause.

you do realise that you were being supremely irresponsible, right?

i mean, hey, i hate the drug laws as much as the next guy but i do believe that people who mix drugs with driving deserve to be punished heavily.

i hope you take this incident as a fucking wake up call.
