i haven't brushed my teeth yet after breakfast....i had 3 bowls of cereal and a bowl of soup. but i always do after breakfast...sometimes at night...

do you enjoy breakfast when your mouth tastes like minth? lots of food tastes bad after brushing your teeth.
And the point of brushing your teeth is to keep them clean so that's why you should brush after breakfast. brushing before is of no use.

I don't eat right away when I get up and brush often after meals. My mouth is dirty disgusting and just taste like shit when I wake up, I clean it first thing, I have to. I usually eat fruit for breakfast anyways and I don't ever have a problem.

I dont brush my teeth in the morning, i just use mouthwash.

I brush my teeth right before I go to bed, and in the afternoon.

seems like the two best strategic times to catch plaque buildup

I fail to see the point of brushing your teeth in the morning if you brushed them the night before. Its not like you've been using them during that period you were sleeping.

Me, after breakfast and before I go to sleep. Also if I drink a lot of soda, I might brush after that.

i hardlyt ever brush my teeth unless there is some girlie who i need to impress with my oh so fresh breath. my mouth would smell like smoke again in 30 minutes so whats the point

because the bacteria breed and multiply in your mouth while you sleep, this is why you need mouthwash or toothbrushing in the morning. The former is the chemical way of solving above problem, the latter is chemical AND physical= double bacteria ridding method to extinguish bad breath!  :laugh:
