damn dood. I bet you have alot of built up emotions that you pack away in the back of your mind. Shrooms tend to bring those out, maybe thats why you felt all the anxienty in your body. Its always good to remember that shrooms only last a few hours and nothing is perm except the memories, which fade with time. Dont forget its mind over matter and you control your body. If your feeling a panic attack comming on you need to control it with your mind. I find it works to think about good things in life, like the beach, perfect sunsets and sex with the wife  Hope things get better for you guy!

Ah man, 'experiencing what it was like to be a demon', that's pure goodness. That's a badass feeling. Feeling disattached from your body because your mind has expanded from it's normal position..
Hey, don't worry about it man. Just forget about it, straight up. Non of the discomfort you felt is going to stay with you in the future is if you hold on to it. If you move on, all the negative thoughts you've built up around this trip will melt away.
If you ever get into a simular situation the future, you can think back to this experience. You were sure you would be forever screwed from this experience, but then you came back down and were fine by the next day or the day after..whenever you stopped focusing on the discomfort of being overwhelmed. Your ego will come back after the chemical wears off..every time, no matter how far out there you go...back to every day reality.

Don't fry for awhile...I've been there a couple times, a place I call hell...It made me strive to be a better person in many aspects of my life. Though, ever since my hardest hell ride, whenever I get pretty fucked up and think about it, I almost have panic attacks...

Having gone through bad trips I think its important to learn your lessons. Here are a few that I hold close to me whenever going back "out there"

1. If you don't like eating them, don't start the trip by eating them, dry them up and put them in gelcaps, never start the trip on anything less than incredibly positive vibes.

2. Whatever you are concerned about during the trip, they are issues that you have with yourself, the way to feel better about them so they don't come back in a later date is to solve them.

3. When the bad trip hits it is important to strategise about it, immediately stop the destructive mindset. Just stop thinking about it. Anything that controls your attention will distract you. Many people do not know that the first step to being able sleep (when you are not supertired) is the decrease in idle thought.

Any bad trip you have has made you that much stronger and ready for both reality and beyond.

Sounds like a very bad trip. Things will be okay, but just stay away from all drugs for a while. Let your mind get grounded and cleansed and back into it's normal state. Do this for at least a month, I would say. No reason to push it.

I would also make sure I tripped with other people when possible. Have someone sober around when possible. Someone to put on music, show you pictures, talk to you, hold your hand, etc.

Maybe putting up a background on your pc saying, 'You are on drugs and everything is perfect' would be a little support on the next trip.

I never have bad trips..

I think I know why I had the bad trip, I have a lot of issues and have taken a lot of abuse in life which has really fucked with my head, it has been building up inside me for so long that it all came out at once during that trip, I know what I must do now to fix my problems though, and I will do it, I know if I don't then it will continue to build inside me and I WILL go crazy.

I guess I had used shrooms to try and forget or somehow justify all of my problems, Thats why I am so sensitive to bad thought loops, when I start to lose it I let myself get carried away. Shrooms brought me face to face with my fears and have taught me a very valuable lesson.

I will be back to the psychedelic world in time, I know I was meant to be a psychonaut, wish me luck!
