The stuff I use if I squeeze a drop or two comes out , I squeeze hard a get a few steady drips. It's alot more.forgiving with cubes though but slightly dryer is always safer than slightly wet

Hi, I don't know if someone remember my Agar dishes a week ago and some of you stayed they looking not clean what makes me angry because of the effort i made the last weeks... I did a transfer and i prep the dishes with carbon active and LME and Agar.. They are a week in the new Dishes... Shit it's not easy too see here some dishes are cloudy and also with litte bit of water inside so i all the time have them upside down.

Do you have some good news ore are they all fuckd up too?? I don't see contam maybe the transfer with the old dishes but i don't see mold so that's good but is the Mycelium healthy?

Try taking a transfer from 1230 on the bottom dish. All the other plates are mold or the condensation does not allow to make a judgement.

I agree with tight lunchbox, the bottom plate is the only good one. Toss the rest bud ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

I would also take an additional transfer from the circled portion

You are getting close man, transfer from the spot mentioned and you are onto greener pastures. It's tough competing with mold. Don't give up though, it's only a matter of time. Once you isolate the mycelium, all future plates will show much less contamination:thumbup::mushroom2:

The good news is, there isn't contamination in other areas of the plate. This means you are doing a good job with your sterile technique. Despite the headache of mold, this experience is making you a better cultivator :mushroom2: keep up the good work

It comes with the territory. You're growing mushrooms and it's like that sometimes. You'll have a nice looking plate eventually.

Better pictures are required to make a true assessment. The reason everyone likes the last one is because it's the only one we can clearly see ryzo growth. The others may be tomentise growth viewed through foggy lid.

Or make more pictures where the mycelium is not out of focus, like in the second one. You can still focus with these opaque containers, although the lower contrast might confuse the auto focus. Fiet, if you use your phone, it might help to tap with your finger on the screen where there is only mycelium, to tell your phone what to focus on.

Don't trash anything quite yet, open one of them up and get a good picture for us to look at. I think DV8DUG is onto something here, maybe it is mycelium and we just can't tell through the lid and condensation.

I was thinking about this last night after his comment, and the growth rate of the "mold" sure seems to be lining up with the rate mycelium would grow.

Is there a more comprehensive Tek for mail anonymity? From what I read in the Marketplace a single PO box or mail forwarding service seems to suffice, I am not knowledgeable in this area, but I would be willing to bet none of those options would be willing to protect my identity/final hop in the event of a law enforcement request, let alone a subpoena.

Even if it's offsite, more information would be very helpful!

Thank you all in advance!
