Flavor of Candy * 1
    #29715894 -

Violence is sort of a flavor of candy.
It looks enticing on television,
Neatly packaged in advertising.
The pornographication of the human psyche.

The self devours its own pieces.
One by one.
The hideous secret you hide
In the emptiest part of yourself,
Rises in the east, and sets in the west.
Right where everyone can see it.

Anger is its own genre of fiction.
A horror story you can feel in your flesh.
The hideous transfiguration of the human spirit.

The superego dies,
It is reborn bloated and sad.
The creative mind suffocates,
The ego ejaculates.

The Grape ones are actually pretty good.

I think they were invented to help people stop smoking cigarettes. It makes no sense to me because I tried smoking the Pez candy and they taste horrible.

Fake grape is a magical thing. It doesn't taste anything like grape. The food dye is undigestible, it has a deeply metallic undertone to it.

I love the stuff, can't get enough of it. Maybe once or twice a year I'll indulge in a grape Kool aide. Typically in the summer.
