Do you have an increased ability to lucid dream? Is there more control? Can you remember the dream easier?

I've read in Castaneda books that preserving sexual energy is key for moving the assemblage point. Which what dreaming really is, a natural movement of the assemblage point.

It goes on to say, that if one wants to participate in the "art of dreaming" one should abstain from the act of love making (or any act that results in ejaculation).

I have never had a correlation. I have had lucid dreams on nights I jerked it. :shrug:

no correlation for me either - the only thing that works (for me) for increasing dream recall and vividness is recording my dreams.
