It doesn’t appear to be damaged; I just need to pay more attention to what I’m doing.

I nearly did this with mine last week. I noticed the guage has stopped rocking. sometimes ya just get a lil distracted. at least you didnt forget to loosen a capped media bottle before you nuke it or something.

Why was your gauge rocking in the first place

Sending the best vibes possible your way. Hope this ends up as an anecdote of when you dodged a bullet. You are showing lots of strength staying collected and calm and that is something to admire.

How about the racist, sexist, phobia soup we've all been drowning in because of him? And I'm not just talking about Jesus. I'm talking about all organized religion - exclusive groups created to manage control, a dealer getting people hooked on the drug of hope, his followers nothing but addicts who want their hit of bullshit to keep their - their dopamine of ignorance, addicts afraid to believe the truth - that there is no order, there's no power, that all religions are just metastasizing mind worms meant to divide us so it's easier to rule us by the charlatans that want to run us.

thanks for the thoughts man, my shins have always been fucked up since as long as i remember and i wasn't taking good care of myself so it might be something with malnutrition or not enough exercise, but I don't see how those things would be tied toa  skin condition or dermatological issue. I haven't noticed any change in the scars but they've gotten bigger and some of them look like they're 'spreading'
