Jennifer sees
    #29701292 -

Jennifer sees
The soft light poking through the trees
On the periphery of the parking lot.
Jennifer sees

Jennifer knows
The exact amount of dollars required
To drive from Newburgh to Albany.
Jennifer knows

Jennifer sees
The writing on the wall of the bathroom stall
In the back of the club
The expensive club
Heterosexual club.
Jennifer sees

Jennifer goes
Wherever her friends go
Heaven and hell
In the periphery
Of the parking lot
In the back of her own car
While her drugs wind down.
Jennifer knows

To Albany huh

I wonder what the writing on the wall said
Hopefully not something tragic

The writing on the wall said "you can't live this life forever Jennifer, there's only so many trips to Albany, to Brooklyn, to New Paltz. There's only so many drug tinted sunrises. Enjoy it while you can."

Makes sense! Has she completed her first Saturn return yet? Things usually change after that...
