It's not getting nails painted although you can do that.

In the movie We Were Soldiers they checked each other's feet. And one dude had swollen bleeding feet. It is important to take care of those pads, keep funguses from getting a foothold. Pun both not intended and also intended.

can you hold liquor? i mean hold hold. i have an uncanny ability to be straight faced while being absolutely shit faced. i think the adhd/tism masking pre trained me for handling drugs.

I relate to this heavy, late diagnosed- have always been the guy that gets told "Damn I thought you were fine" while i was on the verge of actual death

before I knew about masking, I prided myself on being a "social mirror" and being able to get along pretty well with anyone lmao

I feel you, I don't regret that part tho. I was lucky and had few neurospicy friends.
It might sound like that to someone unemphatic, the reality is we just experience world differently and on deeper level. My regret is that I haven't learned about it earlier(maybe 2 years ago), I always thought something is wrong with me.
Don't get me wrong, there are definitely some things wrong with me, I'm talking about neurodivergent related things. I'm working on bettering myself and if anyone notices some kind of toxicity lmk, I love the truth. From what I gathered here is that you guys here are good at assessing personalities.

After quitting weed my executive dysfunction has gone through the roof.

I have a bunch of cult work, and I have to get my house ready for Thanksgiving tomorrow and all I have managed to do today is nap and doomscroll.

Even things I want to do are next to impossible when I get like this.

I filled out a questionnaire about ADHD and gave it to my doctor, but I still have to go back to move on with the process. Gonna try getting diagnosed and medicated this time around.

Being unmedicated and sober is hard ya'll.

I got a job in an auto scrapyard when I was still unable to legally buy alcohol. Thought I'd have to adjust my private school intellect to fit in. Whooo boy did I learn- couple of dullards there but damn I met some wicked smart mofos, mostly ex-military ex-biker gangs or both. Had some deep-ass conversations with those old fuckers.

But I feel the vibe- had to dumb down with some aunts and uncles and such. Just to keep things normal regular.
