Should i fruit this bag?

Its been about 2 ish months or just under since doing this AIO bag from mss and i broke and shook it 5 days ago and now it looks like this, so just wondering if i can move this to fc or how long it might be until i do

Injecting a bag with mss is bad practice and not recommended (anymore) as it has a high contamination rate with bacteria. 2 months is an excessive amount of time. And the bag does look bacterial.

I don't like the concept of an AIO bag anyway but the preferred technique would be to inoculate with clean mycelium on agar. I thought you were working on perfecting your agar game.

As far as sending it to your fc. Well you can try it and hope for the best.

If people insist on doing aio bags this way they usually do several bags in the hopes that one may be a success.

Do you have other bags that you are not showing us? Sometimes folks may have many bags and only show us the bad one.

I wish you luck. If you still haven't achieved any mushrooms from your grow attempts yet, I suggest either work on your agar technique or use the pf-tek.

i did this one before i started doing agar and i have another that i did inoculate with agar, its doing well but only been a couple weeks, from now on i am strictly doing agar and no mss to grain, but this was before i learned not to do that so just thought i may as well ask as it doesnt smell weird or seem off, and yes i have gotten a harvest so far from a very small tub i did from pf tek to bulk

It sounds like your cultivation is coming along as you gain more knowledge.

As far as this bag, give it a go and see what happens. It seems like that is what you want to do anyway.

Good luck with this bag and with the other bag that is doing well.

Worst case scenario you can throw it in dirt with some coir, which sometimes results in fruits from what I read on here.
